In making any bid or commission bid a purchaser acknowledges that their attention has been drawn to these conditions of sale and that they agree to be bound by them.
The advance of bidding shall be regulated by the Auctioneers who reserve the right to refuse any bid. The highest bidder at the fall of the gavel shall be the purchaser.

COMMISSION BIDDING
Due to the large number of bids that we receive, we must ask that all commission bids are received by 10am on the day of the auction. Please note that we cannot guarantee to execute any bids received after this time.

TELEPHONE BIDDING
Due to the large number of requests for telephone bids that we receive, we regret that we are unable to accept telephone bids unless, you are prepared to open the bidding at £50 should the auctioneer deems it appropriate to do so.

CLEARANCE AND PAYMENT

The property in any lot shall not pass to the purchaser until payment is received by the Auctioneers of the full hammer price and the purchaser’s premium.

Items purchased using the online bidding platforms may attract a further 3% (plus VAT when applicable) premium on the hammer price.
